Test Drive: 2014 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 The new 2014 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is one mean machine. For starters its got a 6.2-liter LSA V8 engine capable of producing upwards of 580 horsepower. Of course, it also has a base price tag of $54,955. Similar to Ford's Shelby GT500 Mustang and Dodge's Challenger SRT, the ZL1 is Camaro's top dog.
